|FRED RODONI, BROKER/OWNER, REALTOR
I am a fourth generation West Marin native. My office in Point Reyes Station is just three blocks from the family home where I grew up. At an early age, I developed a deep love for this area that continues to this day. After attending the University of Hawaii on an athletic scholarship, I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Management. Following a decade working in construction, I obtained my Broker’s license in 1979. Initially, I worked for Century 21 and was a top producing agent before opening my own office in Point Reyes Station in 1981.
Coastal Marin Real Estate has listed and sold more properties in the Inverness – Point Reyes area than any other company over the past thirty-five-plus years. Some years we have actually outperformed all the other companies combined.
My wife, Karen, and I raised our two children here and have been active in the community. I was a soccer, basketball, and baseball coach for many years, and Karen was a school volunteer from kindergarten through high school and a 4-H leader.
West Marin is a special market with most properties being quite unique. You definitely need an expert with decades of experience to guide you.
Born and raised in Inverness, with roots dating back over one hundred and fifty years, I have a great Knowledge of the history of West Marin and what makes this area so special. I graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz, before moving to San Francisco, where I resided for over ten years, all the while remaining very closely connected to the local community. I am so happy to have the opportunity to work in my hometown and hope to be able to share my knowledge and passion for this very special place with you.
